Our team was in Africa last week for Rencontres Africa, the largest French-African business event, organized with the backing of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the French Ministry of Economy.
The Nairobi event on October 5 and 6 has gathered more than 900 people from French and African companies. The topics covered included training, smart cities and the digital challenges in Africa. During these 2 days, Dimelo met 30 decision makers to discuss their customer care challenges.
Eric Dos Santos, Customer Care Expert and Dimelo co-founder, talked with TV5 Monde for an exclusive interview. He gave his impressions about the event and discussed the current challenges for Customer Care in Africa.
The same week, our team was in Rencontres Africa in Abidjan, where 2 000 participants came. Our team had meetings with 30 customer care professionals to introduce Dimelo and discuss how we could help them optimize their strategy.
Dimelo currently operate in 21 african countries, helping companies such as Orange and Canal + to manage their digital customer care. By participating to this event in Nairobi and Abidjan, Dimelo asserts its presence on the African continent and its projects to develop new partnerships there.
