Turn Facebook in a customer interaction hub, and reach a larger audience

All previous Dimelo's applications are available as Facebook applications, that can be installed in your Facebook brand page.

It means that you can organize and manage conversations within your Facebook properties, for example by having a dedicated tab for customer service, liberating the wall for push messages.

All of Dimelo's back-office features will be retained on Facebook: moderation, notifications, workflow, analytics, etc, so that community managers can use a common interface.

In combination with others Dimelo's application on the web, all contributions will be shared between the channels, stored from the same database. Economies of scale can be reinforced with trafic coming from Google AND Facebook !
