Business Developer - Paris, France

Reporting to General Management, you will be in charge of selling Dimelo’s solutions in the business sector that will be assigned to you.

You are in charge of:
• defining the business plan on this sector,
• finding and closing sales opportunities with new clients or existing accounts,
• detecting and qualifying the needs of your contacts,
• presenting our solutions in sales interviews or RFPs,
• leading negotiations on project costs and scope with the clients’ representatives (IT, purchasing…),
• owning and maintaining business management processes (quantitative follow up, reporting, planning, budget management, profitability),
• subcontractors management and coordination when applicable,
• updating our website with your sector’s information.

You must be able to identify marketing and communication opportunities, be proactive and take relevant initiatives.
You also provide the product team with customer feedback on the marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion).

Profile

• Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in B2B sales or a similar position.
• You can win over clients and close deals.
• You have impeccable people skills especially when dealing with our clients and partners.
• You have a solid general knowledge paired with a natural interest in the Web.
• You are highly-organized with a systematic approach to tasks.
• You must have strong analytical skills while being able to see the big picture.
• You are articulate both orally and in writing.

Requirements

We are particularly interested in candidates with solid canvassing abilities.
Ideally, you also have an excellent command of English.

Education

You have a bachelor’s degree and were trained in a B2B sales team. We also value potential and ambition.
